Their client, Dr. Duke Consulting, provides corporate operational strategy and planning for large, complex organizations. Dr. Duke’s superpowers include gathering and crunching data to diagnose sticky operational problems, translating between silos with kindness and understanding, mapping out a strategic plan, and getting universal buy-in.

Blue Zenith brought me on to rewrite Dr. Duke’s sorely outdated website. It not only didn’t sound like her – it didn’t communicate the value of her work and her method. She needed a site that would build authority... and actually bring in business! But Dr. Duke herself had precious little time for collaboration.

Solution

 

I worked with Blue Zenith to keep the client’s workload minimal, using what we learned at discovery and from her case studies to inform strategy, voice, and creative. I restructured the site navigation for clarity, planned a super user-friendly internal linking and page structure, and wrote all-new, on-brand copy that focuses on benefit – with only as much corporate-speak as her target audience needs to hear!

Blue Zenith’s fresh design and development turned my copy into an approachable, accessible website that doesn’t require a lot of upkeep.
